These terms apply to the Nourilog app, provided by 3DI Solutions Limited (company number 06557502, registered in England and Wales). By using Nourilog you agree to them.
Nourilog is a personal diary for recording information. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, does not monitor your health, and does not interpret your information or raise alerts. Nothing in the app or on this website is medical advice. Only your doctors, nurses and dietitian can tell you what your information means. Always follow their advice.
Do not rely on Nourilog. Contact your care team or the 24-hour helpline you have been given. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Your diary is stored on your phone and you are responsible for it, including keeping backups. We cannot recover lost information. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Nourilog offers a free trial followed by a monthly subscription, bought through Google Play. Google Play's terms apply to payment, renewal and refunds. You can cancel at any time in the Play Store; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Prices are shown in the Play Store before you buy.
You may use Nourilog for your own personal use, or to help someone you care for with their permission. Please do not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the app.
We work hard to keep Nourilog reliable, but it is provided "as is" and we cannot promise it will always be free of errors. Reminders, timers and the pacer depend on your phone's settings and battery options and may not always go off on time. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss arising from use of the app, including decisions made using information recorded in it. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer, or our liability where it cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top when we do.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
